more episode problems

ok i have a dvd with 5 episodes, i want to make a 1:1 backup of the dvd using instantcopy..

i run instant copy and select hard drive then the VIDEO_TS.ifo, select my burner as the destination and the only detail i changed was under dvd and then copy method i selected customized resize and preferred destination dvd.
i click start and it processes and then to customize the disc i lower the quality of things that arent an episode and raise the quality of the episodes, im at 4.31 GB.
the problem is i click ok and instantly it says the writing was not successful and i can click retry or cancel but it never works! can someone pleasehelp me out???
p.s. i have tried not customizing it but still no luck

I have almost exactly the same prob. Only I get a succesfull burn dialog although it finished instantly and ofcourse nothing is on disc. I can't seem to find a solution. P3-866-Win Me-384MB

Help please, cause it's really frustrating waiting for 5 hours to transcode and then have nothing on disc.

Did you ask help from Pinnacle? Maybe they know better...
