What does VPF mean?

I have downloaded a movie file. When I use virtual dub it says I need vpf to watch it. I think it means vector product format. Where can I get this from please?

hi try this site out.. as far as i know its a format used by the navy and the military .. i don't know if u can download it somewhere but u probably have 2 pay for it if u can. http://www.nima.mil/vpfproto/
