    The topic says it all, how do i improve the quality of the video clips i downloaded? I plan to burn them into vcds but some clips are bad quality. Help please.

    If the quality of the downloaded movie is already in poor condition, then theres not much that you can do about it. Try DIVX movies for better quality than cams
