Changing region when copying DVD, how?

I have a few region 1 DVD's I would like to change to region 2 when copying. I see in DVD Decryptor you can sellect a region change in Tools>info>region patch, but when I click it, it brings up a browse box for me to find something. What is happening here? Do I have to get another app to do this?

Rip the whole movie to your hardrive with dvd dycrypter

Then open the main movie IFO, (VIDEO_TS.IFO) with IFOEDIT

Click the region free button

Then click get vts sectors and your done

It won't make it region 2 but it will make it region free ( just as good )

Thanks M8, I just tried it with a region 1 DVD ( The One ) and when I clicked the region free button I got the message ' No RCE checking found in this IFO ' . After clicking OK nothing else happened. I tried this with a region 2 DVD ( LOTR ) and after the above message, I get another message saying ' Done! Enjoy your Region Free DVD '. What is going on here?, why didn't I get this message with the region 1 disc?
