Play the movie on pc wich is connected to tv and burn a DVD that is connected to the tv ? Any suggestions or posibilitys to use this DVD player/recorder to burn DVD's from my pc ?

No, that's not possible.
A DVD-disk contains more that just the movie.
You need to use 'specialised' DVD-V authoring tools to build a DVD-V from your encoded MPeG-2 video. Then you only can burn via a burner in your PC.
A standalone DVD/recorder creates a 'propper' DVD-V on the fly and though you have a IEEE-1394 (FireWire) connector at these devices, it usually only is for video-in(/out) (camcorder <-> dvd-recorder).
