    I have a dvd player in my toshiba laptop
    i live in Australia (4) but sometimes i get
    american DVD's (1) is there a program or hack
    that can let me change the reigon to whatever
    i want without a limit?

    i believe dvd genie will do exactly what you're looking for. they are fairly easy to find.
