Good luck. I've spent the last couple of weeks crawling through FAQ's and conversion guides, and apparently there is no simple way to do this. (Not to mention that far more effort seems to be concentrated on going from NTSC to PAL, not the other way around!)

I came across a method involving DVDDecryptor to rip the VOB files, DVD2AVI to extract the audio and create a .D2V file which can then be frameserved via AVISynth into TMPGenc... but the jury is still out on whether or not it actually works, since TMPGenc crashed halfway through the process, so now I have to start all over again. Locked the computer up so tight it required a hard reset.

I'm starting to think the easiest way would be to just plug my Apex player into the DVBridge and do an "analog rip" rather than fool with this rip-demux-frameserve-encode stuff...
