Instant Copy Manual different from program

I was looking at the instant copy pdf manual and the trial program seems to have lost the write feature is this in the store bought version.

The manual clearly states when pressing the details button you can select Profiles,Write,Read,DVD,General,Processing.

But on the trial version you only have Profiles,DVD,General,Processing.

I noticed the same while I was writing the image file to harddrive. Burning image file to DVD-R, the write tab appears....at least on my copy of the trial version.
