Is there any way I can save the closed captions from my TV Wonder VE card so that I can add them to the video later, or if somebody figures out how to use VCD closed captioning, with that?
Thanks.

I'd like to know as well. The best I found is a capture to text file but it doesn't preserve any timing so it couldn't be used for playback. Some videos I'm capturing from old VHS tape has closed caption in and I want to be able to transfer the caption signal to VCDs as I'm dependent on closed caption or subtitles.
