    Is it possible to make VCD menus or pictures with VCDImager, or use another program to add a menu to the BIN image VCDImager generates?

    VCDImager 0.7 can be used to author (S)VCDs with menus and stills. However, VCDImager itself does not create the MPEG stills, you have to create them with other tools.

    If you run Windows VCDEasy provides a convenient front-end to both of these procedures.
