PAL or NTSC SVCD Burning Nero

I'm using Nero. I'm trying to burn SVCD's but I dont know which mode I'm supposed to select. Under the VCD tab, it saids Choose Resolution. It has PAL or NTSC. I don't know which one I'm supposed to choose? the SVCD's i have are sometimes encoded in PAL and NTSC. I dont know which some of them were encoded in. Does it matter what format i choose?

I also had this problem but I downloaded Gspot. This program will tell you what fomat to burn with and also tells you the codec for the movie,ect........Happy Burning.
