IFOEDIT is pissing me off!...

Lately ifoedit doesnt strip correctly. I have used this program many times in the past w/o problems but now when i strip the extra audio/subtitles and vob IDs it keeps rewriting to VTS_01_1. When its done i have VTS_01_1 and VIDEO_TS.ifo/bup and VTS_01_0.ifo/bup. ANyonw know how to correct this?! i select:
-strip streams
-strip id
correct nav packs
-correct original ifo
-create new movie ifo's

ifoedit 95 automatically does this, use 088 instead

What do you mean it automatically does this? I used .095 all the time to strip audio/subittles and never had a problem until lately. Not sure why all of a sudden it doesnt work correctly. I also used .093 and it does the same thing.
