The readme seemed to discribe the program quite well. THe program is rather straight forward, is there a certain setting or feature you don't understand?

Hi and thanks again.
i know my english sucks but i hope you can understand what my problem is.
the answer is yes. the program as you said is straight forward, but... there are a couple of things i don't get.
A) does vcd supports subtitles? the one i made was crouching tiger hidden dragon, with the ZH for mandarin language and ES for spanish subtitles. the film was ok, but there wasn't any subtitles.
B) then i tried to make svcd. what is the csutom rate? what happens if i set a number over 2500 (default option) to 3500. in other words what does this option for my movie? and the VBR is set to default 6, if i set this option to 3 is better than the default option or worse (from 0 to 31), or should i set to something like 20 to get a better quality movie?
C) when the file were ready in SVCD format, no matter what quality... i don't know how to burn them with toast titanium 5.02.
First i used vcd toolsx to make them .bin and burn the movie as disc image, but nothing happens... and what should i do with the .cue file, disc image didn't let me to add the file.
Second i tried to make a .xml using the vcd tools xgen, and found a tutorial that said that i must open the .xml file in text edit, and put the following phrase: <option name="track pregap" value="152" /> (here's where i get this tip: http://www.sbpr.a.se/systemjammers/vcdtoolsx/svcd_tutorial.html), then using the vcd tools x to make a .img for the files, so i did it, but nothing happens again. i know my dvd player can handle this features cause i already checked here, anyway my dvdplayer is samsung 811.
please, please help me cause i manage to make the program works with final movie in my desktop and plays very nice in mplayer for osx 10.2 but as said nothing happens when it comes to burnin and subtitling.
I'll be very grateful if you can help me out with this. -
For the burning questions check out http://homepage.mac.com/rnc I'm sure you'll find a few answers there. As for the subtitles, I never use them, so someone else who knows about them will have to give you the info.
