I just finished the process dvd-9 to one dvd-5 and when i played it in powerdvd it was extreamly blocky. Will the movie stay that way when i burn it?

Yes, when you burn it it will probably stay that way. Something has gone wrong during the process. What did you use. Did you do it with dvd2one or another programm?

I can't tell what went wrong. I don't have enough details for that.
I always use DVD2ONE and i'm very happy with the results it's a easy to use programm. I'm ussing dvddecrypter to copy the stuff to the harddrive and i burn it with Record Max.
So far all my backups were excellent quality. Try DVD2ONE -
Do you use MakeItEasy? also to make a complete backup or just the movie with dvd2one?

I just use DVD2ONE, because i don't care about the menu and i want the movie on 1 dvd and not a DVD-9 on 2 DVD's (like DVDXCOPY).
Only when the movie is much longer then 2 hours i consider to use DVDXCOPY.
