OK, this might be a stupid question or maybe I was stupid for buying cheap no-name DVDs, but when I burn a movie to a 4.7 GB DVD it works but when I burn the same movie to my no-name DVD then the last 5 minutes or so gets cut off.
Is this because the no-names are possibly not 4.7 GB?
Is there any way to determine the actual size of these no-name DVDs?
TIA

As far as I know all DVD-R/RW, DVD+R/RW one side one layer are 4,7 GB. Nero can tell you the size of the media, before burning there is a button that will open a dialog with the media information.
