Music Video DVD w/ or w/o Menus

Can someone give me a basic step-by-step procedure to make a dvd+r that has menus or no menus (not that important) but it has several music videos that i downloaded NOT captured... so the music videos could possibly be in mpeg format or divx or whatever i can get off kazaa etc.
i just want to know what to do to convert them and have them play on a dvd? I know how to convert divx to m2v but after i do all that how do i use ifoedit to burn make the vobs or whatever since there are like 10 m2v's and 10 wav's (if i had 10 music videos that i converted from divx to m2v)

You're gonna have to look up the guides on here on how to do that. Also check out www.doom9.org, they'll have some guides on how to use the software you're gonna need.
