    I am just getting started in making VCD's. My basic need is that I want to transfer old VCR tapes to my PC and then onto VCD or DVD. I guess my question is; What would be the best way to acheive this.

    In addition to my first post. I am thinking about the Dazzle DVC. Is this an easy device to use? Does it produce good quality VCD/DVD?
