I am using Ulead DVD Workshop 1.3 (non demo). I have a couple hundred mpg2 (SVCD) music videos I want to burn on DVD for personal use. Each video is about 70-100MB so, I will be putting about 40-50 videos per DVD.
I have started making menus already, and am putting about 12 animated video chapters per menu screen. As of right now, I am putting the videos in alphabetical order of the artists names. This is all done so I can easily pick a video.
I throw a lot of parties, though, and would love to have some sort of "random play" or "shuffle play" button, that will play the chapters out of order from all 3-4 menu screens. Is there any way to do this?
I also have a small question about using animated menus. If I have every chapter in the menu showing a 15-30 second preview, and also have one of the music videos playing in the menu backgorund, how much more space does that utilize off the DVD? Does it just feed off of the actual chapters, or does it actually create it's own video file for each preview? Same for the background menu, will it just utlize the video, or create it's own?
