Well, I was using ReMPEG to downsample a movie.
There are 167217 "pictures" and ReMPEG hangs at "99%" and "Decoding: 167216, Encoding: 167215"
It's been like that for hours.
Whaddup? Can I go ahead and continue the process of compiling my DVD?

I would suggest using tmpgenc or cce mor reliable..I come across that same problem in one of the movies I was backing up ...I t seems to me that if there is a frame that is different it will stop because it doesn't recognize it...
just my 2 cents -
thats a bug in rempeg2, dont worry just close it down and carry on, it will finish itself of.
but i must agree with freebee22 you will get a much better quality movie.
