    Ok My DVD only Supports VCD so I want to make the best quality VCD's no matter the Disc length. I am using Nero to burn my VCD's also.

    Whats is the Best Encoder I used the Freeware TMpeg and got ok results.

    Can someone give me the program and settings to get the highest quailty video VCD no matter the size or price of the encoder.

    Tmpge pretty much is really the best encoder tah I have ever used.

    you might try differnt settings in it or make a xvcd using a 2passvbr (takes longer but will make it look better set your max to 2560 and your average to 1150 and it will look alot better thtn your other ones.
