Still hqve ing double picture on vcd (dvd-rip)

When i first started to rip my dvd's i got good quality, but then i tried divx file format and from then on i get double picture on my vcd's

does anyone know what the problem could be, i use dvd decryptor and dvdx (reso is 352x288), do i have to change the resolution of the movie ???

i don't have the problem when playing it on my pc monitor, but when i play it on tv (pc connected to tv), then i have the double picture view.
