I want to make a divx from a dvd(the others) using DVDx. So i load DVDx, fix the input setting and output settings, using DivX 5.02 pro as compressor. The bitrate calculter tells me to use 782 kbps as bitrate, so i change the bitrate in the DivX 5.02 to 782. Wait about one hour and get a divx file. It works fine, but the file is only 490 mb and the quality is therefor pretty bad and according to the bitrate calculator the file should have been 700mb using 782kbps as bitrate. So what is wrong, why don't DVDx give me a 700 mb file?

Can some one help me out with this problem?
