I currently use Dazzle DVC II to convert vhs and 8mm tapes to mpeg2. I need to add a running clock into the video at certain points in the video. I am hoping to be able to set the clock time at 00:00 and have it starts counting. The dazzle software does not support this kind of function. Does anyone know of a program that can add a running clock and keep the video in the original mpeg2 format?
