    Guess you know it already, but "fair use" had an important victory yesterday, as the creator of deCSS was free from all charges.
    In short:
    • It's not illegal to rip the DVD you own to your HDD.
      It's not illegal to distribute applications that can be used for piracy on the Internet.
    I guess there is still some sense left in the world.
