I just put up a guide (MPEG stills on UNIX command line). Since it's dealing with command-line stuff, I broke long lines up with backslashes for better readability. In the HTML-only guide (http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/userguides/134599.php) the backslashes disappear. However, the backslashes are there when viewing it as a forum post (http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=134599).
I have tried using both bbcode and HTML tags. Is it necessary to escape the backslashes in some way? I don't remember seeing anything about it....

It will probably work if you add two backslashes...but then you will get two backslashes in the forum guide. I will try to fix it.
