Well this is the first time i have posted on here. I need alittle help. I have some real media files i want to convert to mpeg for vcd and i downloaded EO VIDEO and i got it to work on a WMV file i had and it worked fine but i get an error when i try to convert the RM file. It gives me this error message Error can not start real engen Err=30233-0
Can someone please tell me what this means in simple terms. I have a real player and it will play in the EO video play screen but when i try to convert it I get that error.
Any help will be appreciated.
