mpeg2 decoder card is what it was -- want one ? i got two of them but dont use them anymore -- nt4 only i think (driver issue)

as an option - you can (could) get maestro with a encoder card (i got those also - very expensive and excellent quality)

  6. I wouldn't mind getting one of the decoders. When I got my copy of Maestro, I got it via my uncle dying and me getting his PC. I kept the software, and luckily the dongle, but as I got it over a year ago and was not doing dvd didn't pay much attention to it in fact I just recently loaded it when I got my DVD-R at Christmas. Well thanks to my aunt telling me I needed a "Part that plugs into the printer thingy" (I liked her description) to make the "DVD programs" Work. So I took what I needed, not knowing anything about the decoder, so after taking most of the parts outta his old pc Ipitched the M/B the crappy propriotary case, the decoder card (Wasn't Sure what it was) That was dumb of me I've been building PCs and fixing them upgrading etc.. as a side job for over 10 years and I didn't recognuize a Mpeg decoder. Well such is life. It does work fine with the old Ravisent Player software, but it would be nice to have the org hardware card. Anyway, cheers, and have fun.
