Apex AD-1200 & AD-500wm NOT playing DVD+R(W) ???

hey guys, we've got 3 dvd players in the house (3 roommates). whenever i burn a dvd+r or dvd+rw using UDF/ISO mode in Nero, it plays in my Pioneer DV-444 but not in either of the Apexes mentioned in the topic. (shows "disk error") The compatibility list on this site says both of these Apex models should be able to play them. What gives?

As long as you are not using the sony then go get the free bitsetter at plusRW.org and then you can det your DVD Writer to write the DVD+R's as DVD-ROM and they will work in any thing, had the same type of problem until I reset my HP DVD200i to burn this way, now the +R or +RW's play in anything I have tried.

if anyone else runs into this same problem, buy Memorex DVD+R(W)s. My Apex's won't read the Phillips DVD+R(W)'s i was burning but they read Memorex just fine.
