how do i convert mutiple AVIs to one mpeg Svcd??

in tmpeg i am only able to do 1 one at a time is their another program besides NERO that lets me do it because i want a high bitrate for them the file are 66megs a piece and last 23 mins..

any help would be gladly appreciated thanks.
