SVCD does not play right

My harry potter (SVCD-Udi version) cd's don't begin at the beginning but somewhere within the cd. I haven't tried the first cd yet, but the 2nd en 4rd disk start
playing arrount 46minutes.

Why does it do that and how can i change it.

I burned my disks with nero 5.5.10.0 with the cue/bin-files.

later i extracted the mpeg en burned it like a SVCD with nero, and it started at the beginning, so i think it's in the cue-file. But i don't know how i should change it.

can anyone help me???

then extract all of them, then re-burn with Nero as SVCD, sounds like the originals have problems in the stream.
