Got Primo DVD ver 2.0 but it keeps coming up with NO COMPATIBLE RECORDER DRIVES HAVE BEEN FOUND IN THIS COMPUTER.
I have the pioneer dvr-104 firmware version 1.31 using windows ME.
The program recognizes the drive to read dvd disks and it has let me make an image.
However no matter what I click or double click it won't let me select the pioneer as the recorder and everytime I open the program it gives me the message saying no compatible recorder.
Any ideas how to get my drive recognized?
