  1. XVCD 4500kbs what does this mean?

    First off an XVCD is taking the VCD standard specification and changing at least one, but it can be a number of those values to something different. Since the only video bitrate allowed in the VCD specification is fixed at 1150kbits/sec, I would assume that this XVCD was recorded at 4500kbits/sec, over four times the limit of the VCD standard.

    Usually anything encoded at 4500kbps is a XSVCD at 720x480. :P
