Hi, I have another problem I need help with. I have 2 computers, one is PI 300Mhz with 64Mb RAM and 8GB HDD and the other one is PIII 1.0Ghz with 256Mb RAM and 40GB HDD. Both computers are running Windows ME.

Now the poblem is when I capture. When I capture on the old computer, there aren't any dropped frames, but when I capture on the new computer, There are a lot of dropped frames.

    Why is this?

  2. this might be because of the codec? Try fixing the speeds of your hard drive

How do I fix the speed of the hard drive and I don't use any codecs when capturing?

You must be crazy to not use any codecs during capturing. Capturing uncompressed AVIS = poop, there goes all your HD space.

Use Huffy (loseloss codec) or try PicVideo for better performance (but slightly lossy)
