Property banners.

Hi guys,
I have a DVD Screener of a movie., and I want to nkow if there is a way of removing the "Property of ***********" banner that keeps appearing at the bottom of the screen evry 20 minutes or so.
Also, is there a way of joining 3 svcd's of the same film together when they each are overlapped by a couple of seconds, because I've been trying to join these SVCD's together now but the audio goes way of sync when the second disc comes in and again when the third one comes in

I have kinda of a similar problem but an email address appears of the person who apparently encoded the movie and stays on the screen for about a minute or so while the credits are playing...I encoded the movie into an Mpeg 2 to make it into an SVCD...I tried to cut the opening credits out but it seems to mess the movie up in the beginning..is there anyway to "extract" these email addresses out of the movie..please help me because this is a very annoying problem..!
