  1. Ihave gone through different processes to burn a vcd and they all come out blockey.What are some of the causes of this.

  3. Its a friends episode from kazza.
    video stream-
    frame rate 320x240 29.971fps
    decomposser divx mpeg 4 low motion

    audio stream
    sample rate 41000hz
    compression fraunhofer iis mpeg layer 3

    I used the virtualdub to extract audio then tmpenc to encode not changing to many settings in there,and then used vcdeasy to burn.

  4. low rez divx file. you're going to get blockiness. Look through the guides for converting a low rez divx to VCD, should get you the better quality than you are getting now.
