How to create clickable SVCD menue?

I have posed this question before without getting any answer, so I try
again. I have burned few SVCDs with both Nero and Ulead DVD Movie
Factory. Everything is fine except that thumbnails in menue are not
clickable when I play the SVCD with my standalone DVD player. However
when I play them in my PC with PowerDvd the thumbnails are clickable
(only SVCDs made with Nero). If thumbnails are not clickable there is
no point making menues with thumbnails, is there? So I would like to
know if there is any setting I need to set to rectify the situation.

I have a Pioneer DV 454 which according to the comments on this site
is a fine DVD player perfectly capable of handling menues.

You can't click on svcd menus on a stand alone dvd player the same as you can on a software player.

You need to use the number keys on your dvd remote.
