I am looking for Grundig GDV-130 info

Hi people.
I created VideoCD (Aliens movie) in Nero 5 using its assistant from *.mpg file. It uses 2 CD's. When I put those CD's into DVD player, no problem with playing, it starts play movie correctly and fine. But problem appeares when I try pause CD or fast forward or rewind functions, it doesn't work. But interesting thing is that second VCD is working properly, only first doesn't I am sure I created them by exactly same way...

Well, I was investigating and found out this:
There is no problem with DVD Player definitely Which is good. Real reason of the problem is, that some older Nero software didn't write the "scandata.dat" file into one of the folders on VCD. So I am going to check it this evening and will compare those CD which work fine with those which don't.
However, there should be a lot of this problem related topics (regarding VCD-130) on the interent, but I was not able to find out any. Does anybody know about it, please? Thank you a lot
