changing track numbers in nero?

i converted an anime series, Noir, to mpg2 format so i can burn it to svcd. also i would like to have menus on the svcd. my problem is this..

i'm making the menu in nero burning rom, but when i add the two episodes that are on the svcd and preview the menu, they are listed as 1. and 2. where i need them to be, in this case, 3. and 4.

does anyone know how to change the numbers around on this? or know another program in which i can author menus for svcds easily?
