  1. Hi

Don't know if anyone can help me out. My friend has FIFA 2003, which he installed on his computer. It installed correctly, but when he tries to run it it will display the logo, then the screen will go black and the computer will crash, displaying only the egg-timer cursor.

Has anyone had this trouble, or suggest how to fix it? His computer is a P3 450MHZ with 128MB RAM.

    Thanks!

What is the Videocard memory? the game suggests 16mb of video. you could probably run it with 8mb on the lower graphic settings. And your friends machine is old and if its running windows 95 that is not officially supported by this game.

  3. Its running Windows '98, and has a 16MB graphics card in it. Its something wrong with the game itself because its not launching properly. If it was a Mac (wishful thinking here) I could start up in a minimal system which minimises conflict with games. Can Windows not do this?
