    Does anyone know of a tutorial which explains how to rip the movie, the original root menu splash screen, and the orignal chapter menus off a dvd9 for burning onto a dvd-r

    I know how to copy a dvd-5 and how to rip the movie from a dvd-9 but I would also like to grab the chapter menus
