I've got a 600meg mpeg2 file that PowerVCR captured the other night, but when I go to edit it, all the editors I have say it is only 0.02 seconds long, which I know is incorrect.
PowerDVD plays the file just fine, but I need to be able to edit it, and no editors I can find can read the entire file!
Help please?

Sounds like a corrupt capture. You could try re-capping it, even a small portion, to see if your editing software will recognise it.
