TMPGEnc encodes SVCD at 640x480

Any video I encode as a SVCD in TMPGEnc encodes it to 640x480?

Before it would encode it to 480x480.


How do I get it to encode correctly again?

hit settings... and type in 480x480
if you cant type it in, load UNLOCK first, then change
then save the template

It's already at 480x480 and as it is encoding it says 480x480, but still comes out as 640x480.
