  1. i have got a divx film on my hard drive i can convert with tmpgen but i get a sync prob with the audio . i tried to extract the audio with virtual dub and had the same prob any one got any ideas as i have run out

  2. I would think that the file you are trying to convert is faulty. Put the file into VirtualDub and goto File > Open then check the "popup extended open options". After this a box will pop up and check "Re-define keyframe flags".

    Let this run, it may take a while.

    Then goto:

    Audio > Direct Stream Copy
    Video > Direct Stream Copy

    Then save the avi.
