okay here are my issues, i ripped the subtitles from DVD (via guides for subrip (latest version) in doom9.org), and basically import it to maestro.. however, after I compile, i notice the subtitles are like, way off, its like not timing issues, rather that the subtitles are like off to the right, and not centered, it also looks like its stretched.. any ideas what could be wrong?
UPDATE: I also used simulation mode with maestro to test how it would look, and I see that the Subtitles are cut off.. soo it would display the subtitles, but only half of it... like
"BLAH BLA"
"BLAH BLAH BLAH" <------ should be what it looks like...
After doing it like 5 times, i still cant get it to work.. Then I basically decided fine maybe maestro is at fault here, soo I used Scenarist and I get exactly the same damn thing.. I also reformated my hard drive reinstalled Win2k2, and so forth thinking something is with the computer but obviously no.
Now, Im running out of options, and I noticed that this does work for DVDXCOPY but I'll have to split it.. and we all know how much that sucks. now I am really lost and losing hope.. does anyone know what is wrong?
PS. I also used the edit subtitles to see the screen shot, and I noticed that the subtitles are there perfectly. I was wondering is this caused by subrip? or something.. I AM IN DESPERATE NEED of help, and I was wondering if anyone even came close to this problem.
thanks
PS MOVIE was released by ADV. (anime) (only in japanese)
