Nero glitches when burning SVCD or Hacked Heading of a VCD

Could someone please help me get NERO BURNING ROM to not glitch up when i add my MPEG2 file in a SVCD format or a Hacked VCD (containing MPEG2 file)???

Because what i have to do is create a BIN/CUE file so then NERO won't mess up. What NERO does is after it finishes reading my file, it says that its not a standered VCD file, so i hit IGNORE or whatever it says but then when I go to WRITE CD, NERO just closes out.

But when I make an MPEG2 file in VCD format i have to make sure that it doesn't create a non-standered VCD. But you can't do that with a BIN file.

Now when ever I burn anything in NERO, down in the bottom right corner it says IMAGE RECORDER.

does NERO think that my BURNER is only good for IMAGE RECORDING?
