    hey
    im having a lot of trouble trying to convert a svcd file to dvd. First, i was trying to use tmpgenc and it was out of sync. So i tryed to extract the audio with Virtual Dub, and it gives me this error when i try to open it:
    MPEG Import Filter: pack syncronization error.
    what can i do to fix this?

    by the way, it was originally a bin/cue file and i used vcd gear to make it an mpg.

    virtualdub will not open SVCD (mpeg-2) files. This is the error it gives when you try to do so.

    There are several guides under the convert and authoring sections on your left that provide methods for getting SVCD onto DVD if you would care to take a look.
