    i dont get it. if virtualdub is free, wht the h*ll do these "Unregistered Versions" marks show up all over the screen when you have converted a file in Virtualdub?

    Whats the solution?

    its the codecs you are using which are not registered .. not v-dub

    I thought that at first too, but i have tested different codecs, but they all appear with the exactly same type of unregistered version marks in teh exact same spots on the screen. That's what's strange.
