I have this vob file that I'd like to cut into 2 segments. The problem
is that this file has only 1 Vob ID and only 1 Cell ID. Most of the vob
splitting programs I've seen split them based on Vob ID or Cell IDs.
Is there some program out there that'd allow me to cut this where I
want it to be cut ?
