TMPGenc won't output MPG

Well I bought the Plus version of TMPGenc because the 30-day MPEG trial had expired. I thought that was why I couldn't create an MPG file, it would only do it as 2 elementary streams. Well I still can't. The option to create it as 2 elementary streams is checked and greyed out. Why can't I create this as one single file, with audio included?

I fixed it. On the template at the beginning of TMPGenc I had it set to CBR with output to PCM, which is why it wouldn't include it as part of the MPG.
