I'm not a MOV2AVI expert by any means and I have never tried this but have you tried enclosing your file name in quotes?
It appears your file has a long file name with spaces. Many command line utilities require you to put quotes around long file names that use spaces.
Try:
MOV2AVI "long file name with spaces.mov" -w
Give it a go. -
Oh yeah!!!...I'm happy because I finally converted that 80MB Star Wars fan-made film called Duality with mov2avi and made it into a SVCD.

I think what Whoosh25 is trying to say is that under "DOS" (such as that in Win9x or WinME) if you do a directory listing "type DIR" you will see that a file such as "My Long File Name.mov" will show up as something like "MyLong~1.mov".
Get to a Command Line and type "DIR" (in the directory of the MOV file) to get a directory listing. Note the file name. IF it has a "~1" in it like illustrated above then use that file name with MOV2AVI.
MOV2AVI MyLong~1.mov -w
instead of
MOV2AVI My Long File Name.mov -w
The reason the long file name doesn't work with this or any other command line utility is because the program parses the "parameter list" for special commands. In this case it is looking for the parameter file name and in the case of the example above it gets "My" and then it looks at the rest of the line and doesn't know what to do with "Long" and "File" and "Name.mov" because they are not known parameters.
Does that make sense? I hope so.
